We are looking for a research assistant to support the project “Judging Islam: Analysis of European Court Cases Involving Islam” (NCN Sonata Grant No. 2023/51/D/HS5/00935).
🔎 Are you interested in empirical research, data analysis, and legal studies? Do you have experience working with R and databases? If so, we invite you to apply!
What we’re looking for:
âś… Proficiency in R (knowledge of Python or other programming languages is a plus!)
âś… Basic knowledge of exploratory data analysis (experience in text analysis is welcome)
âś… English skills sufficient for research work
âś… Experience working with databases
âś… Background in sociological or legal research is a plus
What you’ll do:
đź“Š Build databases of European court rulings
đź“‘ Analyze legal documents using R
🔬 Support quantitative and qualitative case law analysis
đź“– Opportunity to co-author scientific publications
What we offer:
đź’° 1,500 PLN gross/month
