
Karol Jarząbek
Dr Karol Jarząbek has a PhD in law which he gained at the Chair of Criminal Procedure (Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics, University of Wroclaw). His doctoral dissertation was written under the supervision of Professor Jerzy Skorupka regarding a search and seizure in the Polish criminal procedure in a dogmatical, empirical and comparative perspective.
Also, he is a co-investigator in the project Reasonable Search. Between Effectiveness of Investigation and Rights of Individual financed by the Polish National Centre of Science (principal investigator: Karolina Kremens). As a researcher he visited the Department of Legal Studies at the University of Bologna.
Karol graduated from Polish National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution (2018-2021) and passed public prosecutor’s qualifying exam but currently works as a court assessor at the District Court in Lwówek Śląski, Lower Silesia.
