🚀 Welcome to the Team, Dominika! 🎉

We are happy to welcome Dominika Kuźnicka-Błaszkowska in the Digital Justice Center! She joins us as a postdoctoral researcher in the Beware Financial Stability project (PI: Katarzyna Parchimowicz, SONATA 19, 2023/51/D/HS5/00077)! 🏛️💡

Dominika brings extensive expertise in data protection, technology law, and global regulatory frameworks. She conducted research on the adequacy of U.S. personal data protection models compared to European solutions under Preludium project. Her research has taken her to Goethe University (Frankfurt), Georgia Tech, and NYU.

She also spent a year as a post-doc at the School of Public Policy at Georgia Tech, where she taught a course on Personal Data Protection in Global Business and coordinated research on legal responses to deepfakes during the Russian aggression on Ukraine.
