Aleksandra Bodzioch and Katarzyna Goclik participated in the conference on “Current Faces of Criminal Procedure: Time for Change”
🌟 We are happy to share that Aleksandra Bodzioch and Katarzyna Goclik participated in the two-day conference on 4-5 November 2024 “Current Faces of Criminal Procedure: Time for Change” organized in November by the University of Szczecin and the Ultima Ratio Scientific Circle for Penal Studies.
🙌 The event featured vibrant discussions on transformative ideas in criminal procedure, and we had the honor of engaging both passively in the expert panel and actively in the student-doctoral panel with presentations.
🎤 Aleksandra’s presentation:
“Changes in the System of Legal Notices: Analysis and Perspectives Based on Instructions for Victims of Crime” explored the evolution of legal instructions and information for crime victims, focusing on accessibility, language inclusivity, and diversity.
🎤 Katarzyna’s presentation:
“Methods of Case Selection – Social Harmfulness or Procedural Opportunism?” addressed key findings from her master’s thesis, analyzing case selection in criminal procedure.
We are proud to have contributed to such an inspiring forum for change and growth! 💼✨
