Karolina Kremens at the DigiRights Seminar

On 21 November 2024, Karolina Kremens participated in the DigiRights Lunchtime Seminar titled ‘The Digitalisation of Criminal Processes: An Exchange of Views — Time to Rethink Fair Trial Rights?’ held as part of the DigiRights Project, which is examining the impact of digitalisation on defence rights. The seminar explored how digital technologies are transforming criminal processes and whether fair trial rights need to be rethought.

Karolina was among the invited contributors and presented a paper on the digitalisation of criminal proceedings through the lens of feminist legal theory. Congratulations to Ashlee Beazley for organising such an engaging event!
