Wojciech Jasiński and Karolina Kremens participated in the FACILEX Final Conference

On November 29, 2024, Wojciech Jasiński and Karolina Kremens participated in the FACILEX Final Conference, hosted by the University of Bologna. The conference concluded the EU-funded project aimed at improving judicial cooperation across the European Union 🧑‍⚖️🇪🇺

Wojciech delivered a presentation during the panel on freezing and confiscation orders, where he addressed the practical challenges in implementing Regulation 2018/1805 on mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders in Poland 🇵🇱
