New paper by Kaja Kowalczewska in RIDP libri

We are pleased to announce the latest publication by Kaja Kowalczewska, who explores the democratization and digitalization of international criminal justice in the context of the Russian aggression in Ukraine, from a Polish perspective. The paper addresses the critical issue of revictimization and highlights the need for ethical approaches in documenting the experiences of survivors.

This is just the beginning of a broader study that Kaja is conducting, aimed at supporting Polish civil society and contributing to international criminal law reform.
