Michalina Marcia took part in the International Conference “Law in the Age of Modern Technologies”

Last Friday (10.02.2023), our Research Assistant Michalina Marcia took part in the International Conference “Law in the Age of Modern Technologies”, organized by the DIGinLaw at the Università degli Studi di Milano. Michalina gave a presentation on the relation between use of AI in criminal proceedings and defense rights and possible threats connected with such use.
