This time, our Research Assistant Michalina Marcia wrote an article titled “The role of constitutional courts in taming adverse impact of new technologies in the criminal proceedings”.

The article aims to indicate to what extent constitutional courts have already contributed to establishing procedural standards for the means of gathering evidence with the use of new technologies, as well as to present emerging problems in this area that courts will most likely have to face in the future.
