Karolina Kremens gave an interview to a website curated by Wolters Kluwer Polska, in which she discussed the draft Law of the Polish Prosecution Service.

As she explains, the draft envisions a flattening of the public prosecution service’s structure and the introduction of a uniform status for prosecutors. At the same time, the team proposes that the law also include a provision explicitly guaranteeing prosecutors working conditions and remuneration equal to those of judges of the common courts.

Karolina Kremens serves as the Deputy Chair of the Commission for the Codification of the System of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.
