Katarzyna Parchimowicz participated in a panel debate “B2 in banks – does it work?”
We are proud to announce that Katarzyna Parchimowicz participated in a panel debate “B2 in banks – does it work?” at the Congress of Effective Communication, a nationwide, cross-sector event focused on plain language, communication efficiency, and information accessibility.
The discussion focused on the impact of Article 16 of the Polish Accessibility Act (PAD), which requires retail banks to communicate with clients at a B2 language level. Panelists explored whether B2 is equivalent to plain language, whether it allows the average client to understand financial texts, and whether it ensures accurate and reliable communication of complex banking information.
