We are thrilled to have contributed to the 4th Annual Conference on Financial Law and Regulation, held on 3 July 2025 at The City Law School, City St George’s, University of London.

Kasia Parchimowicz presented the paper “A Market for Limes: The Information View on Green Banking Regulation”, co-authored with Edoardo Martino. The paper draws inspiration from Akerlof’s Market for Lemons, exploring how informational inefficiencies undermine banks’ potential involvement in green finance.
