Dominika Kuźnicka-Błaszkowska presented initial results of her research on medical confidentiality in the context of the European Health Data Space & One Health Approach at the 3rd HELT Symposium 2024 in Brussels.

She explored how EHDS data processing affects principles like proportionality, minimization, and necessity, and how these intersect with obligations of medical confidentiality.
