New Publication by Michalina Marcia!

We’re happy to share that Michalina Marcia has contributed a chapter to the latest European Yearbook on Human Rights, published by Brill.

The chapter, “AI Surveillance and Human Rights – The Perils and Promises of the AI Act,” critically examines whether the EU AI Act provides sufficient safeguards for human rights in the context of AI-based surveillance. It sheds light on pressing gaps in current legislation and argues for stronger, more comprehensive protections.
