Welcome Anna Juzaszek, who joins the Digital Justice Center

Welcome Anna Juzaszek, who joins the Digital Justice Center as a PhD researcher in the Sonata project “Judging Islam: Analysis of European Court Cases Involving Islam” (PI: Dr. Ewa Górska, funded by NCN). Anna brings a wealth of academic and professional experience to our team, combining expertise in law, sociology, and human rights 🎓✨

Her background includes co-authoring “Islam in a Polish Court of Law” (Oficyna Wydawnicza SGH, 2023), co-editing “Relationships, Rights, and Legal Pluralism: The Inadequacy of Marriage Laws in Europe” (Routledge, 2024) and leading the Preludium research project on religious-only marriages. Her research interests span judicial opinions, human rights, and the intersection of religion and law 🌍
