The publication of a monograph celebrating the 45th anniversary of Prof. Piotr Hofmański’s academic contributions

We are glad to announce the publication of a monograph celebrating the 45th anniversary of Prof. Piotr Hofmański’s academic contributions. Prof. Hofmański is one of Poland’s foremost experts on criminal procedure and a former judge and president of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

The monograph features chapters authored by Kamil Sobański & Karolina Kremens, and Wojciech Jasiński:

Wojciech Jasiński’s chapter explores the authority responsible for issuing a European Investigation Order during pre-trial proceedings involving information protected by bank secrecy.

Kamil Sobański & Karolina Kremens’ chapter examines the prosecution of international crimes in international criminal proceedings in the context of technological advancements, highlighting their impact on procedural conduct.
