Michalina Marcia participated in the Legal Hackathon organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska
Last week, Michalina Marcia had an opportunity to participate in the Legal Hackathon organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska.
During the 6th edition of the event, LegalTech representatives gathered to create practical solutions and legal innovations with the assistance of AI and machine learning.
Michalina, as a part of ‘Street Law’ (Prawo Ulicy) team, including Krzysztof Markiewicz, Wojciech Wróblewski, Julita Teper and Rafał Szymczyk, for three days worked on an app designed to help travellers within the EU acquiring practical information about local legal provisions, differences between regulations in key sectors such as travel insurance, necessary documentation or transport law, making their journey safer. The application also included the “SOS” mode that could allow for quick contact with local law firms in emergency situations.
The event proved to be a great opportunity to work in an innovative environment, meet new people from other specializations and areas, and really get to know the technical side of the legal future!
