Katarzyna Parchimowicz at ECB Legal Conference in Frankfurt

Summer is over! Katarzyna Parchimowicz started this new school year with ECB Legal Conference in Frankfurt. During the ECB Legal Research Programme Seminar she participated in a panel on technological developments and banking supervision and presented her paper ‘Do Not Get Lost in the Cloud. How EU Financial Institutions Could Avoid Legal and Practical Problems with Cloud Services Arising under DORA’.

Katarzyna also discussed a brilliant contribution by Alessio Azzutti, Pedro M. Batista and Wolf-Georg Ringe ‘Navigating the Legal Landscape of AI-Enhanced Banking Supervision: Protecting EU Fundamental Rights and Ensuring Good Administration’. Comments and remarks of all participants, especially designated discussant Georg Ringe of University of Hamburg, were very helpful and will immensely contribute to the quality of the paper.
