A new book with chapters by our researchers has been published

A book by Elisa Hoven and Thomas Weigend has just been published, with three chapters written by our researchers. This publication is about consent and sexual offenses, and this problem was examined from a comparative perspective.

The publication contains country reports on the issue, one of which was written by prof. Karolina Kremens and prof. Wojciech Jasinski and is focused on Poland. In addition, the book/the report also features comparative essays. Namely, Karolina Kremes wrote a chapter on the regulation of expression of consent in sexual relations, while Wojciech Jasinski wrote a piece on the definition of rape.

The publication is the result of an academic conference which took place in 2021. The research was developed and brought up to date by the authors.
