Dr. Kaja Kowalczewska participated in the 5th “Silent leges Inter Arma?” Conference (20-23.09.2022) organized by the International Society for Military Law and the Law of War (ISMLLW) in Brugges (Belgium).
The Conference was not only an amazing chance to have an intellectual feast and make new contacts among specialists from NATO states. It was also coupled with a study trip to Ypres and Passchendaele cemetery where participants could learn about the impact of the war on cultural, demographic, geographical, and political issues.
The event was co-organized by the DILEMA project responsible for the panel on new technologies in warfare.
