The publication of a monograph celebrating the 45th anniversary of Prof. Piotr Hofma\u0144ski’s academic contributions<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We are glad to announce the publication of a monograph celebrating the 45th anniversary of Prof. Piotr Hofma\u0144ski’s academic contributions. Prof. Hofma\u0144ski is one of Poland’s foremost experts on criminal procedure and a former judge and president of the International Criminal Court in The Hague.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The monograph features chapters authored by Kamil Soba\u0144ski<\/a> & Karolina Kremens<\/a>, and Wojciech Jasi\u0144ski<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wojciech Jasi\u0144ski’s chapter explores the authority responsible for issuing a European Investigation Order during pre-trial proceedings involving information protected by bank secrecy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamil Soba\u0144ski & Karolina Kremens’ chapter examines the prosecution of international crimes in international criminal proceedings in the context of technological advancements, highlighting their impact on procedural conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
