Aleksandra Bodzioch and Kamil Soba\u0144ski presented their research at the PARK<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

On November 15, Aleksandra Bodzioch<\/a> and Kamil Soba\u0144ski<\/a> presented their research at the PARK: Polish Academic Roundtable on Criminal Justice, organized by the Young Penalists of AIDP at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamil opened the event with his presentation that examined the concept of transparency in International Criminal Court proceedings, highlighting its broader implications. He shared preliminary findings and discussed methodological approaches drawn from his ongoing research under the project \u201cVirtual Justice: Remote Proceedings before the International Criminal Court \u2013 Threat or Opportunity?\u201d This project is funded by the Polish NCN National Science Centre (No. 2022\/47\/O\/HS5\/01229).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aleksandra delivered a presentation titled \u2018Understanding Instructions for Victims: A Comparative Analysis of the Implementation of Directive 2012\/29 in Poland and France.\u2019 She shared the findings of her research conducted as part of her master\u2019s thesis at the Department of Criminal Procedure. Her presentation not only enriched the discussion on victim-related procedural rights but also provided valuable insights and inspired further research prospects in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
