Karolina Kremens led a discussion at the Expert Meeting on Judicial Independence and the Rule of Law in Poland<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

We are happy to share that Karolina Kremens<\/a> led a discussion at the Expert Meeting on Judicial Independence and the Rule of Law in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Held on November 7, 2024, and jointly organized by the OSCE ODIHR and USAID Dexis, the meeting brought together leaders in civil society, law, and governance to address judicial reform and access to justice. Topics included recent legislative changes and the evolving role of Poland\u2019s judiciary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a Deputy Chairwoman of the Codification Commission of Judiciary and Prosecution Service, Karolina contributed to such a significant dialogue, focusing on strengthening the independence and effectiveness of judicial systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
