We are pleased to present the latest work by Kasia Parchimowicz: “<\/strong>Do Not Get Lost in the Cloud: How EU Financial Institutions Could Avoid Problems with Cloud Services Arising Under DORA.<\/strong><\/a>“<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This paper has been recently published in Law, Innovation and Technology<\/em> and delves into the legal and practical challenges that EU financial institutions may face when adopting and utilizing cloud services under the DORA framework. Kasia offers insightful recommendations on service options and deployment models to mitigate these challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
