Lisa Flower<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Lisa Flower is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology at Lund University. She visited us from 3rd<\/sup> to 5th<\/sup> December 2024. During her visit, she contributed to important academic and practical discussions on contemporary legal and technological challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor Flower delivered a lecture titled “How to Secure an ERC Grant”, offering valuable insights into the European Research Council (ERC) grant application process. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical advice on improving their research proposals and navigating the complexities of securing research funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to her lecture on securing grants, she gave an open lecture \u201cIt\u2019s not the same, but does it need to be? A sociological exploration of the transition from justice rituals to virtual justice rituals\u201d about the video links in the courtroom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisa also participated in a seminar with young researchers from the DJC. The seminar fostered collaboration and provided emerging scholars with the opportunity to present their ideas and receive valuable feedback from a distinguished academic.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
